I found the staff to be helpful. Their kindness shone through! the hotel's location was also a treasure, close to everything yet peaceful. breakfast offered many choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.

lovely hotel, great location
quick assistance bus station clean room
i found the staff quick to assist whenever needed. the underground and bus stations are very close to the hotel , made travel easy. the room was very comfy and tidy, which i appreciated after a long day.
the bathroom lacked some amenities like bathrobes, which i usually expect in a hotel of this level.

the rooms were spacious and well decorated. i noticed sound isolation, i couldn't hear noise from other rooms. blackout curtains ensured i could sleep well even with the city lights.

the hotel is within walking distance to the tower bridge and tube station, this proximity made sightseeing simple. several metro stations are around the corner. it was easy to get around town from this spot.

warm welcome swift check-in refreshing drink
my stay began with the warmest welcome and a swift check-in. i was given a refreshing drink upon arrival, such a lovely beginning! the team offered bikes to explore. the location offered easy access to attractions.
communication faltered when we needed to switch rooms, a tv error caused the disruption. this resulted in packing our belongings and waiting hours in the lounge.

a tender retreat
friendly staff excellent location comfortable bed
The staff was kind. georgia called before my arrival to coordinate check-in and followed up after my stay. the rooms were spacious and clean! we got upgraded upon arrival, a very pleasant surprise. the hotel is in a superb location very close to fenchurch street and tower hill. the modern design and cleanliness added to the comfort. The air conditioning was a relief. a beautiful stay and i will be back! the breakfast stood out with its great quality. I honestly could not have been happier. the beds were unbelievably comfortable. The beautiful pillows invited relaxation! a big tv and coffee machine were also very much appreciated.
